A 300 g Assortment Tartufi Piemonte. Tartufi Piemonte are cocoa truffles made of hazelnut paste and hazelnut granella. Hazelnuts, hazelnut paste, milk, cocoa, butter and sugar are kneaded and pressed into the appropriate moulds. Tartufi Piemonte are prepared very much the same way as pasta: the dough is cold pressed and drawn to obtain a product in which each ingredient is distinctively perceived. The Tartufi are then coated with cocoa powder. Since they contain a dough of cocoa and hazelnuts, with no chocolate, they can be considered a tipical Piedmontese dessert rather than chocolates. The assortment is packed in a transparent bag with a golden seal and contains about 25 Tartufi (each weighing about 12 g). Average weight: 12 g/each
