Order Shipment

We offer delivery to 48 states in the US. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada at this time.

All orders are shipped via UPS from our New Jersey warehouse. A standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before your order is shipped. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday (with summer exceptions specified below).

Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays will not be processed or shipped until the following business day. During peak periods, such as the holiday season, processing times may be longer. UPS delivers Monday through Friday, with exception of holidays. We do not offer Saturday or same-day deliveries.

Please be advised: If delivery is delayed by the carrier for any unforeseeable reason, Venchi is not responsible and is not able to refund shipping fees.

Shipping Fee

We offer free UPS Ground Shipping on orders over $80, after discounts before taxes. Orders below the free ground shipping threshold and orders with express shipping will see a calculated shipping fee at checkout that is directly calculated by UPS.

Summer Schedule/Warmer States Shipping Advisory & Summer Month Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, from May through August, all orders are shipped with ice packs and insulation to ensure that your chocolates arrive in optimal condition. During this period we strongly recommend selecting Next Day Air Shipping, as orders in transit for longer than 48 hours when the temperature exceed 75F are extremely likely to melt. Ground Shipping is highly discouraged during the Summer months, with the exception of orders being delivered within the tri-state area, as Ground Shipping usually delivers the next business day within this region. If the temperature at the intended shipping destination will be above 100F at the time of delivery, we do not recommend placing an order.

If you live in a State where the climate is warm year-round, we strongly suggest selecting Next-Day Delivery to avoid melting.

Venchi is not responsible for damaged products during transit due to the heat if orders are placed with Ground Shipping. We will, however, offer store credit if you submit a photo of the damaged shipment.

*Please Note: In order to minimize time in transit during these months, orders placed after 12PM Wednesday with any shipping method other than Next Day Air will not be fulfilled until the following Monday. Ground Shipping orders placed after 12PM on Wednesdays will be not shipped until the following Monday. The weekly order cut-off for Next Day Air shipping is Thursday at noon.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care (venchi-usa@venchi.com) within (7) days of receipt for assistance with a refund or a return. Orders are only eligible for return if products are in original, resellable condition. We do not offer free returns in most cases. However, we do offer free returns for orders that arrive severely damaged. Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
