my account

why can't i log in?

Are you sure you have an account at our website? If you’re not registered, registering at our website is very easy. Click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner. You can log into Shopify to link your previous Shop account to our website, or you can click create an account and fill in your information. Once you have registered, all you need to do to log in using your information, or log into your Shopify account.

why won't the site allow me to register?

If you are receiving an error when trying to register, you most likely are already registered with us. The registration form will not go through after submission. To log into an existing account, please follow the log in steps and see the following FAQ for more information regarding password recovery. Please keep in mind when trying to register, our website will direct you to connect to your existing or a new Shop account. If you follow the steps to log in or register for Shopify, your Venchi account will be connected to your Shopify account

how to i recover my password?

If you need to recover your password for your original Venchi Account, click on the forgot your password link on the bottom of the sign in page. You’ll be asked to provide your email address, which is the same on you registered with. You will have a verification code sent to your email inbox. Once received, you will follow the steps to change your password. If you are trying to sign in with Shopify, you can use your passkey or a confirmation code will be sent to your phone or email connected with your account.

I would like to unsubscribe from your newsletter. how do i do this?

The quickest way to unsubscribe, would be to find the latest newsletter email you received from us (no-reply@mktus.venchi.com), scroll to the bottom of the email and select the "unsubscribe" button in the footer. You can also submit your request to our Customer Service team. Don't forget to tell us the email address you signed up for the newsletter with!

can i change my email address and personal information?

It is unfortunately not possible to change the email address for your account. Please contact our customer care team at venchi-usa@venchi.com.

What is a shop account?

A Shop account is a secure account that lets you shop faster and manage your orders on our website. It’s powered by Shopify, the platform we use to run our online store.

Will my previous loyalty account be linked to my Shopify account?

Existing loyalty card customers will receive an email to reset their password. After changing your password, the accounts will be linked and you can continue ordering as a loyalty customer.

Do I need a Shopify account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account gives you a better experience and makes future purchases quicker.

shipping and deliveries

i have QUESTION ABOUT and order i just placed.

“Once your order has been received and processed you should receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check the status of your order directly on Shop if you ordered through Shopify. If you have any questions, concerns, or wish to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer care team at venchi-usa@venchi.com.”

when will my order be shipped?

A standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before your order is shipped. However, during peak periods, processing times may be longer. 

can my order be delivered to multiple recipients?

It's not possible to split an order and have parts sent to multiple addresses.  Only one delivery address may be used per order.

i've received a damaged/defective product. what can i do?

If, during shipping, one or more products in your package have been damaged, please send a message to our Customer Service team and provide a brief description of the damage found, including the batch number of the product (generally found on the bottom of the package) and your order number.  Don't forget to take a photo of the damaged product and packaging. You'll be asked for this later when we respond to your message! 

i've received an incorrect product or a product is missing. what can i do?

If you've received an order with incorrect products or with products missing, please send a message to our Customer Service team and provide a brief description of the issue, including the batch number of the products (generally found on the bottom of the package) and your order number.  In the event of an incorrect product, don't forget to take a photo. You'll be asked for this later when we respond to your message!

i entered the wrong address or would like to provide additional delivery information. how do i do this?

“You can alter your delivery address for 60 minutes once your order has been placed. If 60 minutes have passed, please contact our customer service team at venchi-usa@venchi.com for assistance”

can i schedule the delivery of my order?

“We are unable to accommodate requests for specific shipping or delivery dates. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of order placement. If you would like to schedule your delivery for a later date, please reach out to our customer care team at venchi-usa@venchi.com and we can try to accommodate your request”

do you ship to canada, alaska, or hawaii?

Unfortunately we do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or or any outlying territories at this time.

can i ship to a p.o box?

Since we ship all orders with UPS, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or any APO/FPO addresses.

how can i track my shipment?

Once your package has been received by the carrier, a message will be sent from UPS to the phone number/email address you entered when placing your order, containing a tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment. If you did not receive an email with your tracking number, please contact our customer service team.

Can i pick up my order in-store to save on shipping costs?

At this time we are unable to offer in-store pickup for orders placed on us.venchi.com.

Discount Codes, Gift Cards, and Promotions

I have a coupon code. how do i use it?

Discount codes can only be used online. To successfully apply your discount, please enter it in the “discount code” field on the cart page and click “apply”. Please always check the terms and conditions, as many discounts cannot be used along with other codes. Discount codes cannot be used on sale items that are already discounted. Please remember that the minimum spend is always equal or greater than the value of the discount code as the new amount of the order cannot be in negative figures for the transaction to be completed successfully.

i would like to give someone a gift card as a gift. can i buy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to purchase gift cards in store or online at this time.

I have a Venchi gift card or code from an international Venchi, can I use it in the US?

All gift cards need to be used in the correct Venchi. Venchi US does not offer gift cards at this time. Discount codes or promotions that are not sent by Venchi US, cannot be used on Venchi US’s website or in Venchi US’s retail stores. Please see our loyalty FAQ’s for additional information regarding the cross functionality of our loyalty program.

i would like to stay up to date about your promotions. how can i do this?

To avoid missing out on any promotions, we recommend signing up for our newsletter. As a welcoming gift, you will receive a discount code for your first order!

how can i get a discount code?

We recommend signing up for the newsletter, which will keep you up-to-date will all the latest Venchi news and promotions online and in store.. When you sign up, you will receive a discount code as a welcoming gift!

my promotional code doesn't work, what should i do?

We recommend that you always check the expiration date and terms of use of your coupon as it may be that they it may be that they have a minimum spend, can't be used in conjunction with other discounts, don't apply to products that are already discounted, or have expired. Please make sure if the discount is from being a loyalty card member, such as the welcome 10% code, you must be logged into your loyalty account in order for it to be accepted. Please remember that the minimum spend is always equal to or greater than the value of the discount coupon as the net amount of the order can't be in negative figures for the transaction to be completed successfully. If your order qualifies under the terms of use and your coupon still is not working, please reach out to our customer service team at venchi-usa@venchi.com, and they will assist you.

Products

i can't find a product i'm interested in. Has it been discontinued?

The products in our catalogue are always present on our online store, even when they're temporarily unavailable. If you can no longer find a particular product listed on our website, it has most likely been permanently removed from our catalogue.

if a product is out of stock, how can i find out when it will be available again?

To stay up-to-date on when our delicious products will be available again, please click on the “notify me”, and you will receive an email when the item is back in stock

do your products contain gluten?

All of our chocolate recipes are based on the ""Buono Buonissimo"" rule (100% natural ingredients, less sugar, no artificial ingredients), are gluten-free and don't contain palm oil.​

​In any event, we always recommend reading the ingredients label carefully to ensure that "gluten-free" is written on it.

i have allergies. Is venchi safe for me?

Venchi products are not suitable if you are allergic to tree-nuts. While some of our items do not contain tree-nuts, they are made in the same factory. You can find all of the ingredients of each item on our website

do your products contain lactose

A number of our chocolate products don't contain milk or its derivatives as ingredients and are marked as "vegan friendly" on the relevant product pages. In any event, they may contain traces, as expressly indicated on the ingredients label. For this reason, we recommend that you always refer to the information provided in the product labels (which are also available on our website) and the ingredients book present in all our stores.

does venchi sell vegan friendly products?

Of course! Our product pages always make it clear when a product doesn't contain animal-derived ingredients and is therefore suitable for vegan diets. Just look for "vegan" or "vegan friendly" on the page. 

how long does venchi chocolate keep for?

With regard to orders placed online, unless otherwise stated on the website, the products shipped have a remaining shelf life of at least 6 months. The specific expiry date is shown on all products received.

how should i store the chocolate?

 The best way to store Venchi chocolate is to keep it in its wrapping in a cool, dry place away from sources of heat and light, at a temperature between 60 and 68°F. If these conditions are followed, the product can be best enjoyed by the date shown on the label while ensuring its flavour, aroma and microbiological characteristics remain unchanged.  

do you have organic products?

Our products are crafted with the ethically-sourced ingredients of the highest quality to ensure exceptional taste and freshness. While they are not certified organic, they are free from palm oil, as well as artificial colorings and sweeteners, ensuring a premium and responsibly sourced treat.

Are our chocolates certified Kosher?

Unfortunately, our chocolate is not certified Kosher at this time. This is something we are working on for the future.

Gifts & Corporate Gifts

I WANT TO GIVE SOMEONE a gift. do you include the invoise with the product prices in the package?

To prevent the recipient of your sweet gift from receiving an invoice with the prices of the products, we never include this document in the shipment.

will the recipientof the package be shown the name of the sender of the sweet gift?

Of course! You can include a message with our sweet gift on the cart page where it says “Greeting message”.

Can i include a greeting in my order?

Of course! You can include a message with your sweet gift on the cart page. Don't forget to click "Update" when the message is ready to successfully add it.

Can i buy gift cards for someone?

Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to purchase or gift someone a Venchi Gift Card. 

do you have a corporate gifting program?

Yes we do! For more information please reach out to our customer service team at venchi-usa@venchi.com with some details about your request, and our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

I'm having issues entering certain information relating to my address. What can I do?

When entering the shipping address, try to type the full name of the street with the house number and city. A drop-down menu with several addresses will appear. When it does, select the exact address from those listed. When you do this, the other fields (Postal Code, state, etc.) will also be filled in. After this, click save and continue to move on to the checkout stage.

Can I change/cancel my order after it has been confirmed?

Once an order is placed and payment is accepted, you can cancel or modify certain details of your order for 60 minutes. If it has been longer than 60 minutes, please contact our customer care team at venchi-usa@venchi.com.

Can I return items in-store?

Items purchased from us.venchi.com cannot be returned in-store.

What's your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care (venchi-usa@venchi.com) within (7) days of receipt for assistance with a refund or a return. Orders are only eligible for return if products are in their original unopened conditioned. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Please check the item’s details on the checkout page for more information on a short-date sale date. Please note: due to high temperatures from Spring to Fall, we can only guarantee freshness if your order is shipped with Next Day shipping. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy page.

Can I return part of an order?

Partial refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with an item in your order, reach out to our customer service team at venchi-usa@venchi.com for assistance. 

I forgot to apply my discount code. How can I apply it after I ordered?

You can apply your discount code up to 60 minutes after you place your order. If the 60 minutes has passed, unfortunately we are not able to accept your code. Please contact our customer care team at venchi-usa@venchi.com

No, we do not plan to turn into a franchise business.

Payments and Invoicing

I made one payment but my bank statement shows two transactions. What can I do?

Don't worry! Please note that payment will only be taken by us when the products that you've ordered have been sent. As such, the two amounts you see may represent pre-authorisation and subsequent authorisation of the payment. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information.

Which payment methods are available?

“The only payment methods we currently accept are ones accessible through your Shopify account or Google pay, along with credit/debit card and PayPal.

Do you place the invoice document inside the order package?

No, we never place the invoice document in the order package. However, you can request that we do so by writing to our Customer Service team immediately after placing your order.

Can I request an invoice for my order?

You can request an invoice for any order by writing to our customer service team at the time of purchase.  An invoice will only be produced if requested during the purchasing process. Please remember to ensure that all the invoicing information entered is correct before finalising the order, as it isn't possible to change this afterwards.
