- 200 g plain biscuits
- 100 g Venchi dark chocolate
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g desiccated coconut

Method
- Melt the Venchi dark chocolate in a bain-marie (or microwave in short bursts).
- Blitz the biscuits in a food processor to a fine crumb and mix with half the coconut.
- Pour in the melted chocolate, then add the cream gradually, combining until you have a slightly sticky, mouldable mixture.
- With damp hands, shape into walnut-sized balls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment.
- Roll each ball in the remaining coconut, then chill for 30 mins before serving.
