Ingredients

  • 200 g plain biscuits
  • 100 g Venchi dark chocolate
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g desiccated coconut

Prep Time: 10 mins + 30 mins chilling

Method

  1. Melt the Venchi dark chocolate in a bain-marie (or microwave in short bursts).
  2. Blitz the biscuits in a food processor to a fine crumb and mix with half the coconut.
  3. Pour in the melted chocolate, then add the cream gradually, combining until you have a slightly sticky, mouldable mixture.
  4. With damp hands, shape into walnut-sized balls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment.
  5. Roll each ball in the remaining coconut, then chill for 30 mins before serving.
