SUPREMA BROWNIES
Make your brownies even more decadent! A simple, gluten-free recipe with a rich hazelnut-chocolate swirl.Ingredients:
- 180 g 60% dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 130 g brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 80 g rice flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 100 g 70% dark chocolate chunks
- Pinch of salt
- 2–3 tbsp Suprema XV
Method:
Melt butter and 60% dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl (bain-marie or microwave). Add sugar and salt, then whisk in the eggs one by one until the batter is smooth. Fold in sifted flour and cocoa, then the chopped chocolate. Pour into a greased pan, swirl Suprema XV on top with a knife, and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature with a scoop of gelato.

- 175 g 75% dark chocolate
- 125 g butter
- 110 g sugar
- 30 g Suprema XV
- 30 g all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
Method:
Whisk eggs and sugar until light and frothy. Gradually add sifted flour. Melt butter and chocolate, let cool slightly, then mix into the egg batter. Line a muffin pan with parchment or paper cups, fill ¾ full, then drop a spoonful of Suprema XV into each. Bake at 190°C for about 10 minutes. Serve warm, perhaps with a spoonful of orange-infused pastry cream for a gourmet twist.
