Description and ingredients

The famous three-layered Piedmontese chocolate, just over 2.5 centimetres wide and 1.5 centimetres high. Small but extraordinary, each square encapsulates a microcosm of flavours. In this creative reinterpretation, pistachios make up 20% of the recipe. In the two outer layers, intense dark chocolate is lifted with a slightly salty and creamy note thanks to the pistachio paste. The pistachio middle layer, however, hides the sweet final note of this recipe, where the unexpected encounter between the green gold of the Mediterranean and the high cocoa percentage creates an explosion of genuine pleasure.
